Support for vectorization using XSIMD

Hi Klaus!

We’ve tried using Sleef support and have found a number of bugs in Sleef that prevent us from using it. The XSIMD developers are (so far) more responsive to bug reports and I was wondering if you’d be open to having XSIMD support in Blaze? No promise on how quickly I could add this, but it should also provide a way of getting ARM support for new Macs.

This sounds like a very reasonable addition to Blaze. Please feel free to add XSIMD support and open a pull request. I’ll not be able to perform a review within the next couple of weeks, though, so please take your time.
