Issue #45
resolved
Dear Klaus,
is the statement "Blaze is written in C++-98..." still valid? I remember some compiler complains when compiling without -std=c++11 ?! What standard is necessary for current version - still 11 or 14 already?
Best,
Axel

With the official release of Blaze 3.0, the overview page and the wiki have been update to reflect all changes from version 2.6.

Hi Axel!
The description in the overview page corresponds to the latest stable release, (i.e. Blaze 2.6), which is written in C++98. Within the months after the last release we have performed the transition to C++14. Therefore the latest developer version, which you can acquire via cloning the repository, requires a C++14 compiler and the
-std=c++14
flag. With the official release of Blaze 3.0 we will also update the overview page and the entire documentation.We will use this issue as a reminder. We will close it once the documentation has been updated. Thanks a lot,
Best regards,
Klaus!
