allowDragging

Alex created an issue

I create advancements. Сhose icon position. Filled in the title Russian language. And all good. But when i use allowDragging, all my description and title change word to "?????" And I returned all changes back, but it did not help. What is wrong?

    Was caused by an issue with advancement files being written with the wrong file format after being dragged. Shouldn't happen anymore.
