Steps to reproduce:

install Triumph
install FTBlib
make some changes in advancements
use the command /reload to reload changes

They should stop breaking a vanilla command then.

Looks like FTBLib overrides the vanilla reload command. They also seem to have an option to add their command with a different name, rather than overriding it.
