[1.12.2] Advancements 'vanishing' on Ubuntu server

Got a ticket from a server owner where when some players join, their Triumph advancements reset to showing vanilla/modded defaults (which are disabled in Triumph config) and the log shows that the actual advancements on the server are missing until the server’s restarted and they show up again until a later time.

The user has confirmed that the advancement .txt files are still there.
