Is chrono furnace heat limit affected by paragon?

With one chrono furnace built, my heat limit is listed as "200" at the top of the time tab. But the heatMax listed in the chrono furnace tooltip isn't 100: it shows a number that's affected by the paragon effects on storage... Which is buggy?
