arrange required resources lists in order as they enumerated in left resources panes

Minor improvement. Some buildings/improvements/craftings have required resources list with unconvenient order of resources, e.g. iron before minerals, coal under iron, gear before science.

Please, arrange resource rows: 1) all primary resources (left upper pane) move up, all crafted resources go down; 2) order rows in any group of subsequent resources as they sorted in left pane (e.g. subsequent group of 'steel' have to be 'coal,iron' instead of 'iron,coal'); 3) subsequent resources rows remain under parent resources rows ('minerals' under 'slab').
