resource popup boxes too wide

so far, only the Steamworks popup is this wide

I take that back, these items are also:

• Magneto
• Catnip Field
• Space Elevator
• most of the buttons on the Trade page

My environment is a Chromebook by the way, no idea which version of the browser but the OS says Version 57.0.2987.137 (64-bit)

Can this issue be reproduced in incognito mode?

Now the resource popup boxes are fixed width again, and they look nice just like they used to. (was there a code change? it still says 1.4.0.6 and I am running it on the same computer with no changes on my part.)

I never had a chance to try in incognito mode.
