Send explorers button hover broken: key trade.send.desc not found

Console gives Key 'trade.send.desc' wasn't found. core.js?v= 1409:160 every time the trade tab is rendered/clicked on.

"trade.send.desc" corresponds to the description of the "send explorers" button per diplomacy.js line 902.

The hover over of the button currently just says: $trade.send.desc

Looks like it should be: trade.send.explorers.desc
