AI, Unobtainium, and Time Crystal Shatter

Long time player, sincerely love your work.

Since patch 1.4.3.0, when shattering TC's Unobtainium will not store past ~12.51M. You can see AI destroying 1% per year, but with current setup and upgrades this should not be prohibiting additional storage of Unobtainium. See save file in attachments, advise with any questions or additional information I can provide to assist.
