Entanglement Station does not check gflops balance

If I am reading the code right, the Entanglement Station hash rate is not conditional on their being a positive gflops balance, meaning that once gflops = 0, hashrate will continue to climb.

I have confirmed this. If gflops = 0, hashing continues.

So, even if your gflops = 0, you can produce few gflops each tick which are immediately consumed by hashing. It seems to be 0 but it's 0 -> 0.1 -> 0 very fast and only 0 are always shown in this case.
