Buy x10 / Buy All buildings uses less resources than buying one at a time

Easy to verify with a fresh save with some wood edited in.

I noticed it after re-checking my calculations for consecutive chronosphere resets. At that stage this bug can mean resetting with an extra chronosphere almost every time.
