Offline production of Catpower not respecting active Mints.

On a Pixel 2, latest android version and game version.

I have a lot of mints active, and very little catpower production when you account for the mint catpower consumption, but when I go offline I return with a TON of catpower. Like around the amount I should have if I had all my mints turned off.

This makes the cost of mints completely avoidable by simply going offline and coming back very often, making parchment farming real easy at all points of the game if you're willing to exploit tf out of offline produciton.
