cap resources values <> maxValue

gamePage.resPool.get(“faith”).value = 16867677.45 and gamePage.resPool.get(“faith”).maxValue = 16867930.96,
but ingame this values = (faith 16.868M /16.868M (+16.325K/sec))

Problem only in “faith” res. I think this bug appeared in https://bitbucket.org/bloodrizer/kitten-game/commits/6b4546f42acfbebc2e80601225d1d6b18a9ca10e

in religion.js on 121 this.game.resPool.addResEvent("faith", -orderBonus);

this line not needed here, only on time.js? I didn't analyze time.js.

The code has been changed, order the void don’t consume faith anymore.
