Oil not refunded from calciner

So, I went and made a Calciner to see exactly what boost I would get to titanium, and then immediately clicked the undo purchase button, after which I had to wait 15 minutes to generate enough oil to build it again. Got all my other resources back, just not oil. Not strictly sure if this is an oil or a calciner problem as that's the only building I have that costs oil to make.
