Undo can only return resources up to their cap

If a resource is over its cap, it will not be properly returned when hitting undo. Example:

1. Unobtanium is over cap.
2. Craft some eludium
3. Undo

Both the unobtanium used and crafted eludium will be lost.

This can be an expensive mistake, depending on your place in the game.
