Scholasticism once purchased does not appear in workshop menu, even after unchecking the hide researched box

Unchecking the researched upgrades does not reveal Scholasticism. There may be more upgrades this applies to, but it's the only one I have noticed.

Scholasticism isn't under Workshop, it's under Religion.
