Timeout for astronomical events continues when pawsed

User story:

1. Given my game state requires me to click Observe on the message “A rare astronomical event occurred in the sky”
2. When I click pawse button and wait a while
3. Then the Observe button will timeout as usual
4. And clicking unpawse does not restore the Observe button

Expected outcome: clicking pawse will also stop the counter on the Observe button.

Please let me know if more information is needed to reproduce this. I believe it is a bug.
