Avegare births per century wrong when year < 100

During year 1 after a reset, each kitten born gives an average of 100 births per century, making the relevant achievement trivial to get, which is presumably unintended behavior.

Indeed, I achieved this 5 seconds into the game and was confused by it.

I propose this solution pull request #109

Maybe it could be a good idea to rebuild those achievements/change there names or id if everyone as already achieve them due of this bug in order to restart with the good calculation.
