The goal of previous senators.

I saw in the code things related to senators which is now disactivated.

I would like to know what was the goal of the council of senators.

Missed this one. Originally every kitten was supposed to take a 1 of 5 places in counsel to provide a minor bonus, or be assigned to a leader and provide a minor bonus.

I thought it would be too much of the micromanagement and UI would be way too clunky, so I removed this functionality.
