Religion upgrades no longer affect unicorn production

As far as I can tell, unicorn production is no longer affected by religion upgrades. The tooltip is still showing the "Religion: +2305%" bit, but the actual production number, and the observed rate of increase is not including that modifier.

In my case, I have 22 pastures, 26 tombs, 20 towers, 21 citadels, 9 sky palaces, 4 utopias. Paragon bonus is +199%, faith is +3090%, Unicorn Selection is researched.

I should be seeing somewhere around +300/sec for unicorns. Instead, I'm seeing +13.133/sec.
