Mouse Turning Deadzone Somehow?

I love this add-on and am far too dependent on it! But I have a serious issues where there is a mouse turning dead-zone in the middle of my main characters screen which prevents me from turning.

Not sure how this is even possible, but if I click on the sides or top I can turn as normal, yet right in the middle of my screen where I grab with my mouse to turn most often, there is a deadzone when EMA is enabled. Disabling the addon erases the problem, as does driving from another character. Unfortunately neither of those are solutions for me.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Going to try reinstalling again, which did seem to fix the issue for a while last time I reinstalled.
