Arpegio cannot recognise chlorine atoms

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have been trying to analyse the interactions between a ligand with its target. I made a few experiments trying to identify the problem and found that Arpeggio cannot analyse my pdb file when it contains chlorine atoms. For reference, in run music-diet-early my ligand contains chlorine and Arpeggio returns an error uploading pdb file, while in run oscar-sixteen-grey I substituted manually chlorine for fluorine and the program ran ok.

I want to add that I love Arpeggio. It is a really nice program. Thanks for making and supporting it!
