Arpeggio deletes part of my ligand

Hello,

When I upload part of my enzyme and the ligand, I can see it in the .pdb files but when Arpeggio does the analysis, it deletes almost all the ligand so the results are not accurate. I share the .pdb and Arpeggio results.
