No ability to print out books

Hi! I'm working on a Mac. I can't print out the book pages or even save as a pdf. Nothing happens when I click on "Print Book" except for the "Books Published" counter which increments up by one. I think about 20 of the "Books Published" are mine, which means they have not been published. I'm concerned, as I received these manuscripts 4 days ago and I haven't been able to do anything. Help!

Hi there,
Try using a different font - we are having issues with some fonts at the moment. Also ensure you are using a fairly modern version of your browser
