Ranking of TNRS sources

Match to mammals, say, then if that fails, match to NCBI

How do you imagine this working? The user can select this option, or just do this behind the scenes?

OpenTree's TNRS works this way: for taxa that match perfectly, it sees what taxonomic context they're in (mammals, plants, etc) and uses that for the rest, unless the user overrides. We are moving to using OpenTree's TNRS for now, but will revisit the TNRS options in general as phylotastic develops (i.e., maybe want to make it so that users can choose which TNRS to use: iPlant, OpenTree, etc.)
