Add option to see availability rules in the admin calendar (global and staff)

Also, more as a feature request, is there any way you could include the staff rules (entered in the User settings) and appointments together all in the Appointment Calendar (so we can see when someone isn’t blocked out by their calendar)? We currently have to do this with the Global Admin Calendar which shows all calendars at once.

If you can create this feature, we actually could stop using google calendars completely. If not could we pay your developers to create this for us?

Requested here and a couple of times before.
