Appointment list in admin date filter not intuitive

To search appointments happening on the 1.3., you have to select the timeframe to 1.3. - 2.3. Instead, if I only want to see appointments on that day, it should be 1.3. (00:00) - 1.3. (24:00). Is this possible?

Another thing that would be more intuitive is to show all appointments that are happening on the selected time frame and not just those that start and end. For example, now if an appointment lasts from 1.3. to 10.3. and I search for 5.3. - 6.3., I will not get this result. But it would make sense to include it because it’s happening on that date (just not starting or ending in the filtered interval).
