Create a tutorial for first time users

We still keep having many users that either don’t go through the documentation or don’t understand all of it.

It would be good to break down the documentation a bit and even better to add a tutorial inside the admin area that would greet the user when the plugin is installed for the first time and guide him through the basics of what they have to set up - for example, the availability rules which a lot of people still forget. Then, how to extende the duration (with addons), and what are staff for and how to add them.
