Timezone is automatically added to non-timezone appointments when updating appointment in admin

This is for appointments that don’t use the timezone feature.
When you open the edit-appointment in admin, the timezone is automatically populated (store location). When you click the “update” button, the timezone is stored in the DB and each email sent after has the timezone in it.
The timezone should not be automatically populated when the edit-appointment screen opens.
