Resolve PHP coding standards notices

Now that the phpcs was added to grunt, go through the phpcs.log file and resolve all notices

Just liniting the files with https://github.com/mducharme/grunt-phpcbf. What remains will be linted by hand :)

Great! It should be added to package.json and to grunt as task when the linting by hand is due (this task resolution).
