Delete temporary availability rules after due/end date

Hi there, Often we forget to remove the temporarily created availability rules for staff or globally for the shop, e.g. for holidays.
The problem: the more rules – the slower the system – the more buggy the calculation.
The solution: Remove these rules automatically ones they are expired (end date & time).
This of course only affects the date range and time range (date) availability rule.

Affect on load time so minor, it isn't worth adding checks for this. Since 3.2.0, speed has also improved and from 3.3.0, loading times will be especially fast, so adding these checks don't add much to load times, but require a lot of custom cron jobs that would overload the system/server, when thousands of products/staff is present.
