Make it compatible with discouts using WooCommerce Memberships plugin

Memberships plugin allows to set a % discount on a product and it applies to product base price and addons. But for appointments, the discounted prices are only visible in Cart and Checkout. But they should also be visible in the appointment form on single product page.
