In the example on the image, I would expect that on Thursday the user would only be unavailable from 08:00 to 10:00 and then he'd be normally available from 10:00 to 14:00. But instead, he's unavailable for the whole day.

In this case, you should use Time Range rule for Tuesday instead (not Range of Days) and it should work as intended.
