In edit product in staff member dropdown, show user first name and last name

Right now it shows the user_login of the staff member. I think it would be better to show first and last name.

If this change can't make it into core, can you add a filter so we can change it?

This is user display name by default. Let me know why first and last name should be used and I'll dig into it.

Well by default the display_name is set to first_name only and one has to manually change it. And if they don't, there can be multiple people with the same first name as staff members which can get confusing. But since I am the only one who actually proposed this, it might be better not to change it.
