Availability rules not working

When no staff is assigned and product has no availability rules. Only global rules which are as follow:

Monday 10-15, 18-20 - Works ok

Tuesday 10-12, 15-00 - Works ok

Wednesday 06-15 - No slots

Thursday 06-15, 20-00 - Slost from 06-15, but no slots from 20-00.
