no preference shows no slots but there are slots available

Example: One product has availability rules Mon -Fri from 09:00 to 15:00 YES. Staff A has Date rules (unavailable on 09.08.2017 - 10.08.2017). Staff B has no rules. When clicking on 09.08.2017 with 'no preferences' there is no slot available. But when clicking staff B there are slots available.

Adding a rule to the other staff as well works ok, but not if one staff doesn't have any rules.
