Very confusing Order status

1. Make an appointment, as a customer, for appointments that needs confirmation.
2. After clicking “Request Confirmation”, it will show you somewhere on the page a grey box with the order number, and the appointment status is “pending confirmation” in orange, and it gives me a link to “View your appointment”.
3. Click on this link will bring me to a screen with the title “Upcoming Appointments”, which also show me my order status is “Pending Confirmation”.

However, if I click on the “Order” link on the left navigation, the status will now show “Pending Payment”, instead of “Pending Confirmation”.

My suggestion would be to not show the Order to the client until all of the appointments in the Order are confirmed.
