Capacity not working ok

Product with capacity 6 (min 1, max 6) has 2 staff members - each has capacity 3. When staff A is booked 3 times, the slot is unavailable. But it should be available for staff B.

I've tested on 3.2.4 and 3.2.5 and it doesn't work.

I see this only happens for appointments with duration unit set to day(s).

You are right. I've only tested days because the client is using days and haven't tested with hours until now.
