Issues when appointment created from backend

Admin apt confirmation is sent right after apt/order is created. At that point order_status = pending_payment and appointment_status = unpaid. In my opinion there should not be an appointment confirmation to the admin/provider at this stage when an appointment is neither paid nor confirmed. The second confirmation is correct as it is sent once order is paid and appointment is confirmed.

So, what the team should look at is why is there a admin confirmation being sent at appointment/order creation while the order is payment pending and appointment is unpaid.

    Won't be added to core as admin can manually send confirmation email with payment info if he wants inside edit order page. Some customers just want to create an order and customers pay upfront, some want it like you suggested. Both types are covered now, but in your case, manual email confirmation action is required.
