Fixed with 3.4.1.

Customer show follow the plugin setup tutorial: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-gravity-forms-product-addons/. "Product" and "Total" "Pricing Fields" are mandatory for Appointments price calculation to work correctly.

Can't test it, but client says it still doesn't work.

Fixed with 3.4.5. Was working fine in 3.4.4, except product fields, which are now functional from 3.4.5 onwards.

Tested same form from his website and same product + addons and all works fine with the latest Appointments version. Doesn't work on his website because he is usinf 3.4.4 instead of 3.4.5, where this issue is fixed.
