Follow ups not working on latest version

Customer complains that the variables are coming through empty.

After testing I see the emails are not getting triggered at all.

Tested with WCA 3.3.2 and Follow-Ups 4.5.1.

Checked and all works fine, except Duration variable, which has been fixed now from 3.4.0 onwards.
