Email triggered everytime confirmed appointment is saved

To reproduce: Open a confirmed appointment and click save. The email for confirmed appointment is sent.

Tested on 3.3.3 and on 3.3.4-beta

Could not recreate on latest 3.4.0 version. Test on http://fable.valentina-rakar.com and reopen if needed.

I can reproduce it on 3.4.0. See it here: http://fable.valentina-rakar.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=4084&action=edit Just click the 'save appointment' button and you'll see an email is sent.
