Staff capacity mimicking pre-version 1.8.2

Staff capacity within each shop member's profile is mimicking pre-1.8.2 version listed here https://bitbucket.org/bizzthemes/woocommerce-appointments/issues/17/capacity-does-not-properly-work

For example:

Sam's staff member profile page has availability of Monday's 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a capacity of 20.

Product Test has Sam assigned as a staff member. The appointable product duration is set to 1 hour.

When a customer views availability for Monday 9:00 AM, the customer can schedule up to 20 people. If a customer books for Monday at 9:00 AM with capacity set to 2, Monday 9:00 AM is not available despite having an additional 18 slots available.
