Filter woocommerce_appointments_gcal_sync should replace, not add info

When using the woocommerce_appointments_gcal_sync filter to customize the output to gCal it keeps adding info every time a status is changed. Would it be possible to replace the meta with new content instead of adding new content?

No, this is added as security precaution, since it prevents data loss. It adds content whenever appointment data has changed. It only syncs appointements that are approved/paid and cancelled appointments remove gcal event, so there aren't much status changes.
