Refunding part of appointment cancels the whole appointment
Example: Appointable product with Inventory 100. Customer buys ap appointment with Inventory 10. Then we need to refund 1 because only 9 people can show up and one can't. After refunding 1, the whole appointment gets canceled. Look at the attached image.

This still does not entirely work as it should.
After 1 out of 10 gets refunded, the Appointment still says the Inventory is 10 (instead of 9). And there are -10 slots left instead of -9 for the product. The inventory of the product should also change when partially refunding.

WooCommerce currently doesn't have ability to restock order items after partial refunds, so we will reopen when this is possible.

I just tested with a simple product. Inventory is 15. I booked 1 product 10 times (one order). Then refunded 1 time and the availability is 6 - that means that partial refunds work as expected. But not for the Appointable products.
