Can't set email subject and heading through the settings page

Subject and Heading in emails don't reflect changes made on the Settings page. Tested on version 4.1.3

I suppose you are referring to WPML here? if not, which email type did you test this on?

The Appointment Reminder email but I find the issue to be for all BookingsWP email types when WPML is enabled. If you disable WPML you can change and save BUT as soon as you enable WPM again the default values are back.

Yes, this is related to WPML and it still doesn't work in 4.1.4

They going to the reminder email and change the heading for the original language. Save and when reloaded, you can't see the saved changes.

Could not reproduce. Email subject and Heading should be translated using String translation.
