TC Extra Product Options not working again

I seem to have something happening now with the new updates. The total price from the TC Extra Product options is not reflecting on the product price? Or the Appointment price is not reflecting on the TCEPO Finals Total box?

Cannot recreate. Appointment cost is not bound to extra product options cost as it is with integrated add-ons. Extra product options cost is added to the final total though and works as intended.

This is happening again with the latest version. Has been fine for 4 months.
