Padding not working ok in 4.2.9.2

In the example, the duration is 1 hour, while the padding and interval are 30 minutes. Try to add the slot at 5 am to cart. Then you can see the slot at 4 am, but it should not be there. Even though it says that's it's unavailable, it should not be there in the first place.
