For Availability rules set the end date/time to start automatically

When one is adding new availability rules, he has to choose the starting date and then the ending date. In case, the date is the same, it can be time-consuming to add the ending date - especially when this is several months in the future and you have to click through the months.

Instead, it would be great if the end date would populate with the start date after the start date is inputted. And only if the end date is not selected.
